These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Nassau Pressure Wash LLC DBA Grime Task Force ("we," "us," or "our").

What You Will Receive

Service messages: if you opt in, we text you about your estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, job status updates, invoices and payments, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies based on your service.

Marketing messages: only if you separately opt in, we may text you promotional offers such as seasonal specials, up to 4 messages per month.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our contact and quote request form at grimetaskforce.com/contact-form. The service and marketing boxes are separate and optional.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
