18" Black Powder Coated Reel Full Frame
$374.50
18" Black Powder Coated Reel Full Frame. A replacement component for hose reels and swivel assemblies.
Hose reels are serviceable equipment. Swivels, manifolds, bearings, pin locks, and drive components are all replaceable, which means a failure in any one of them shouldn't mean buying a new reel.
Hose reels live in a harsh environment — constant water, chemical exposure, mechanical cycling, and transport vibration. Treating them as serviceable equipment rather than disposable units is what keeps the cost of ownership reasonable, since a reel is one of the more expensive single components on a rig.
Grime Task Force stocks reel service parts across the major lines because replacing a $900 reel over a worn swivel makes no sense when the part costs a fraction of that.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does this part fit? 18" Black Powder Coated Reel Full Frame. Confirm against your reel model before ordering.
Can I service my reel rather than replace it? Yes. Swivels, manifolds, bearings, pin locks, and drive components are all replaceable service items.
How do I know when a swivel needs replacing? Leaking at the swivel, stiff or binding rotation, or visible play. Replace promptly — a binding swivel stresses the hose and the equipment it's mounted to.
