Belt drive systems let the engine and pump run at their own optimal speeds, which reduces pump RPM and extends service life compared to direct-drive designs. The Bandit platform builds on that with a four-groove belt for uniform tension and maximum power transfer, an EZ-line belt tensioning system that makes adjustment straightforward, and a two-piece belt guard that comes apart easily for service access.
The frame is extruded aluminum — corrosion resistant, which matters on a machine that lives around water and chemicals its entire working life. The engine includes low-oil protection and a genuine manufacturer muffler, and both engine and pump have accessible oil drain systems so routine maintenance doesn't turn into a wrestling match. A block-mounted high-flow unloader supports single or dual gun operation.
