Some items ship directly from our supplier and may have additional lead time. Local pickup is available by appointment only — orders not picked up within 7 days may be restocked.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns require prior authorization (RMA) and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Chemicals, opened or used products, special orders, and clearance items are non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
