Suttner Turbo Nozzles — All Sizes

$86.17
Suttner turbo nozzles across the full range of flow ratings. Select the size matched to your machine from the dropdown.
A turbo nozzle spins a 0-degree jet in a rapid cone pattern, delivering the cutting force of a zero-degree tip across the coverage of a much wider fan. Because the stream hits the surface at a constantly changing angle, it lifts embedded contamination far more effectively than a fixed tip running the same flow and pressure. On heavily soiled concrete and weathered surfaces, the time savings over a standard tip are significant.
Suttner builds to European commercial standards and their turbo nozzles are widely used in demanding professional service. As with any turbo nozzle, the internal ceramic rotor and bearing are the wear points — these have more moving parts than a fixed tip and a correspondingly shorter service life.
Aggressive by design. Turbo nozzles will etch concrete, gouge wood, and ruin painted surfaces if misused. Keep the nozzle moving, maintain consistent standoff, and test in an inconspicuous area first.
Orifice size has to match your machine's actual flow output. A tip rated below your GPM drives system pressure up and strains the pump; one rated above it bleeds off pressure and costs you cleaning force. This is the single most common sizing mistake in pressure washing. On a turbo nozzle, an incorrect size also causes the rotor to spin improperly, which accelerates wear.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a turbo nozzle different from a standard tip? It rotates a 0-degree jet in a cone, combining zero-tip cutting force with wider effective coverage.
What size do I need? Match the nozzle rating to your machine's GPM and working pressure. Wrong sizing causes poor rotation and rapid wear.
What surfaces should I avoid? Wood, paint, and any soft or delicate substrate. Turbo nozzles can etch concrete if held in one place.
Why has my turbo nozzle slowed down? The ceramic rotor and bearing wear with use. Slow or irregular rotation indicates it's near end of life.
Do turbo nozzles wear faster than fixed tips? Yes. They have moving internal parts, so expect a shorter service life than a fixed nozzle.
